Review:
"I will clap my hands in the presence of the Lord. I will clap my hands, make a joyful noise." So begins this two-part anthem with optional percussion and three handbells (D5, A5 and D6). The bells always ring together a quarter-note, thumb-damped chord. Very easy and a good way to involve the earliest ringers in a larger work. There are also parts for hand drum, finger cymbals, triangle and tambourine. The ringers would be able to stand in amongst the choir and may be choir members themselves.
