Review:
Arranger Valerie Stephenson has made this tune from Disney's "Hunchback of Notre Dame" accessible to level two ringers and up. The beginning simulates the tolling of the tower bells beginning "pp" and ending "ff". Lots of fun techniques are used as well as easy to read rhythms. Sections are marked with helpful character descriptions: "Tolling the hour; roughly, with force; easily, in 1; and playfully." Optional choir chimes and soprano recorder are called for to give a special added effect.
