Review:
Fortissimo, an up-beat tempo, dissonance and strong, full texture sets the intensity of this original composition at once. The passages of melodic material remind one of a movie score set on the stormy cliffs of Ireland or Scotland with the pipes a-wailing in the distance. Staccato techniques is used at one point to lighten the stress.
