Review:
Although scored for two octaves of handbells, this original lullaby composition would be most effective with choir chimes. A tender melody in the lower bells is accompanied by alternating chords in the upper register. The second section features open chords with lots of 6ths and 3rds. The last passage returns to the beginning texture before ending on a whole note chord marked piano. Lovely!
