Review:
"Easter Proclamation" is a short--eleven measures--introit or call to worship for bells and voice. Use a soloist or the choir in unison. Text begins, "He is risen! why seek ye the living among the dead? He is not here! Here is not here! He is risen!" The bell part is rhythmically simple, but there are a few bell changes.
