This well-known, lyrical Christmas carol is also known by the traditional name "Greensleeves". For this handbell quartet arrangement, different techniques are incorporated to showcase the musicality of each ringer as all four parts pass the melody and accompaniment between them. R4 will need 10 chimes from a 4 octave set (C#6, D6, D#6, E6, F#6, G6, A6, B6, C#7 & D7).
The arranger dedicated this piece to Bellprints Handbell Quartet especially for their Debut Concert. The premier performance was in London UK, 2016.
