“Kalinka”, Russian for the snowball tree, is a famous folk song written by Ivan Laionov in 1860.  It has been arranged, performed, and used in an amazing number of films and other media, including the game Tetris. This handbell arrangement is true to the original and the various ‘verses’ and chorus are emphasized by use of mallets, mallet rolls, RT, ring and many dynamics. A range of tempos are suggested. This will be a hit in your concerts and also great fun to ring!
