Review:
"Easter Sunrise" is intended to exemplify the rising sun on Easter morning. The music starts softly with a very muted mallet roll on the bass bells to show the darkness being lifted by the light. The music will slowly crescendo from a small sliver of light to a triple forte as the sun (the light) emerges to wash away all darkness. 83 measures.
