Review:
The use of singing bell, echoes, LV, random ring, and random mallet combine to create a wonderfully ethereal setting of the two melodies: CONDITOR ALME SIDERUM and DIVINUM MYSTERIUM. Hand chimes carry the melody in some sections overlaid by bells in the 6’s and 7’s creating a gentle ‘twinkle’ effect. Karen creatively have lower bells ring, then echo and move seamlessly into the singing bell – a very nice transition. This is a wonderfully sensitive and calm work which will enhance worship or concert, and enchant all listeners. 49 measures. Keys of F Major and D Major.
