Review:
An original work by David R. Kent, Spiritoso opens energetically in C minor with a variety of stopped techniques and dynamic changes and an engaging modulation to F minor, while the opening pattern continues. All that power and excitement segues to an expressive lyrical section with a lovely melody and a brief addition of handchimes. The lyrical middle section begins in F Major, then modulates to G Major, before returning to C Minor in the style of the opening section, ending with great energy in the key of F Minor! This is sure to be a favorite of ringers and audience alike! 102 measures.
