“Caribbean” recalls early missionaries in the Caribbean islands. There are older hymn tunes woven into the different sections. Mallets are used by the upper treble bells in the middle section. By nature cheerful and fun, this piece is suitable for both concert and festival use. Written in the key of C Major, this piece changes moods midstream with a section based on the Dorian mode before returning to C Major. 51 measures.
