Bells cover the title song throughout in unison, two part single line, or chordal harmony. Singers participate in canon or mimic the bells until the final pages where singers add a delightful descant of “The First Nowell” to the ongoing "Dona Nobis Pacem" melody line. 76 measures in length, this medley is set in F Major.
