O Come, O Come, Emmanuel is skillfully combined with a second plainsong, Of the Father’s Love Begotten, creating an elegant beauty that will linger in hearts long after the final notes fade away. The unhurried legato style provides an excellent opportunity for expressive, sensitive ringing. This lovely medley is scored in g minor and G Major and is 75 measures in length.
