Review:
The original overture to the musical "Beethoven's Last Night" performed by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra is here set for a full 5 octave bell choir with optional 6 octave notes. The music begins with "Moonlight Sonata" and travels through passages of Beethoven's other works to end up with the majestic chords of the 5th symphony. 92 measures of alternating thick and light textures contribute to this comment on Beethoven's vast compositional reservoir.
