Review:
The sing-alongs of the last century generally included this sentimental trip to the “little brown church in the vale”. For ringers, its an easy, enjoyable journey into the past. There are tolling tower patterns leading into the hymn-like chordal setting, but the addition of bouncing chords for the bass bells adds some welcome spice to the sound. This 55-measure piece is fun for everyone. It is scored in C Major and G Major.
