Review:
This reverent setting of the Lord’s Prayer by Franz Liszt translates beautifully into the handbell or handchime medium. The tempo is slow and rhythms straight forward, although meters change from 3/4 to 4/4. There are frequent accidentals and tonal balance between melody and accompaniment will be challenging. This setting is 53 measures.
