Review:
This arrangement is a collage of three carols, “What Star Is This?”, “We Three Kings” and “Go Tell It On the Mountain”. The textures differ in each and the tempos build, leading to a rousing “Go Tell It”, supported by broad malletted chords inspiring rhythm. There are many moving eighth notes and dotted eighth-sixteenth patterns to be balanced in volume. Accidental are minimal, and the learning is easy. This medley is 106 measures.
