Review:
Jason Krug’s vibrant arrangement of the tune MADRID is sure to delight both audiences and ringers alike. A triumphant fanfare leads to a statement of the melody with rhythmic and syncopated accompaniment. The middle section combines martellato and malleted chords, and then gives way to another fanfare before the piece reaches its majestic end. Bell changes occur throughout. Set in F Major and G Major, the piece is 89 measures.
