Review:
"Melodic Moods" is a tuneful, uncomplicated piece scored in quarter and eighth notes, with lots of echoes for amusing contrast. Textures thicken and rhythm gains complexity as the “moods” change. This is a fine teaching piece for early ringers, with easy transition from 3/4 to 4/4, and opportunities for developing musical interpretation. Set in C Major, it is 63 measures.
