Review:
This setting of Edward Joy's song is a simple, lyric arrangement of the hymn. Some interesting harmonies are presented in a tasteful manner. The director and ringers will have to make sure that the melody is not overshadowed by the running eighth-note passages that frame the piece. A nice echo section occurs in measures 58-61. The words for the hymn are printed on the inside cover. Excellent for preludes, offertories, or invitational times, it is 79 measures in length and is scored in F Major throughout.
