The well-known spiritual which promises comfort to the discouraged and healing to the broken has been arranged by Susan Geschke for two octaves. Using only legato ringing, this hauntingly beautiful piece glows with rich harmonies and encourages expressive ringing. Two-octave choirs, as well as larger experienced groups who find themselves short-handed, will find this setting to be a real gem. 61 measures in length, it is arranged in C Major.
