Review:
Opening with a melodic introduction, the first verse is presented in a gentle, flowing style. The motif presented at the opening is reintroduced in the bass to set tone for the second verse. Bass chimes take over the melody, providing a rich timbre as the treble bells accompany with mallets on suspended bells. The introductory motif is again used as a smooth modulation into the final, more majestic third verse. This is a very musical and satisfying arrangement for the level 2 choir. Arranged in F and G Majors, this piece is 71 measures.
