Review:
Commissioned for a high school bell choir, this high-energy original work is set in 3/2 time. Mart-lifts and triplets enhance the fanfare-ish feel of the opening section. Optional handchimes and echo technique are also scored for variety of sound textures. "Jubilant Fanfare" is composed in C Major and F Major and is 76 measures.
