PERSONENT HODIE may be used at any time during the Christmas season and is also a great festival choice. A rhythmic, malleted bass part drives the carol, with martellato and shaking used later in the piece, bringing the arrangement to a dramatic and festive close. Parts for finger cymbals, tenor drum, and tambourine are included with the full score. Measures total 73.
