Review:
This medieval Christmas tune, which is paired with "Coventry Carol", dances to life with thumb damps, plucks and marts. The music begins with a waltzy beat and a joyful melody. Because of the upbeat tempo (quarter = 142) in the first and last sections, ringers are kept on their toes. A slower, reflective middle section provides a peaceful change and may be played with chimes. Measures total 133.
