Review:
From its opening and closing fanfares to the gentler rocking verse, this arrangement of
"Lift High the Cross" strives to reflect our calling to the cross. Care must be taken to bring out the melody when it appears in the inner voices and to retain the slower gentler tempo on verse two. The closing fanfare provides contrast by ending softly to promote the adoration of "His sacred name."
