Review:
This arrangement is a straight-forward presentation of the Robert Lowry tune
CHRIST AROSE. A good workout on contrast is inherently built into the text and music. The beginning, which would be the verse, is somber and march-like. The second section, or chorus, explodes with triumph and dotted rhythms. The verse and chorus are set twice with an ending for a short 47 measures. This version is perfect for those packed Easter servcies.
