Review:
As the title suggests, this "evening" song aims for a tranquil mood. Tolling church bells beckon all to hearth and home in the introduction. Based on an original tune by A. Chauvet, the LV technique figures highly in the musical interpretation. Mallets on suspended bells bridge to a D.C. al fine. Measures total 68 (without repeat).
