Review:
This popular South African song is arranged here for 3-5 octaves of bells and optional improvised percussion. The jazzy syncopated arrangement begins quietly, as if in the distance, and then builds throughout as more and more ringers join in. This lively, rhythmic and exciting setting of "Siyahamba" first appeared in John Behnke's organ collection, Three Global Songs, and has been played by organists around the world.
