Review:
The "Carillon" theme is carried throughout the original work by bells or optional 3-5 octaves of chimes or a combination of both. The theme is first stated simply in half note rhythms, but then begins to pick up in rhythmic movement adding martellatos and mallets along the way. This is a true "bell" piece! Written in F Major, measures total 130. It is a perfect beginning or ending to a concert venue.
