"Of the Father's Love Begotten" is a quiet, beautiful setting of the 13th century plainsong, Divinum Mysterium, arranged for 3-5 octave handbell choir. This lovely piece will be a meaningful addition to the Advent service. The music begins very quietly as the melody enters in measure 3. The developing ringers will learn to ring quietly with control as this melody winds its way throughout the piece and to listen carefully as it occurs in different registers.
