Sub-titled "40 Weekly Lessons for Teaching the Elements of Music Reading to Children", this is the first in a series of lessons designed to assist young musicians in bridging the gap between rote learning and score reading. This is done through songs, puzzles, games, worksheets, and teaching suggestions. Created for grade 2-6. Permission is given throughout the book for those elements that may be reproduced.
