Handbells in the 3-octave range are required to ring optional accompaniment to this Palm Sunday anthem for unison voices, keyboard and optional bells. The bells open and close the work with whole note, tripled unisons. The text's first verse bigins "He who rides upon a donkey gray, on this day brings to us salvation, Lord of every nation."
