Easter Song
The handbells appear in this work along with the text: "Alleluia! Jesus Christ is ris'n today!" The bell part is scored entirely on the treble staff, and the 16 bells used range from F4-G6. The mood of the work is joyful anticipation and may be sung by three part, treble or mixed, voices with keyboard, optional flute and handbells.
