Jesus Christ Risen Today
Written for SATB choir, optional congregation, keyboard, optional brass, optional handbells, finger cymbals and hand drum, this anthem is based on "Christ ist erstanden & Personent hodie". The bells ring a single chord in the introduction and then again at the end. Shifting meters might give young ringers pause; but the bell part could be easily cued. Brass ensemble is Trumpet, French Horn, Trombone, Tuba.
