Alleluia Praise Be unto God
Bach's chorale from Cantata 142 is set here to make a level I plus choir sound GREAT! The organ or piano does all the busy-work on sixteenth notes while the bells play quarter-note and half-note full chords on the chorale tune. There are a few bell changes and eighth-notes, but, with good bell assigning and rehearsal, this piece should fly. This is a wonderful way to involve younger ringers in a larger work. It is 41 measures, although a repeat lengthens the piece, and is arranged in f minor.
