Psalm of Joy
Handbells called for range from E5 through F#6 and are 9 in number. They ring throughout this spirited work and must negotiate a few meter changes, albeit only from 4/4 to 2/4. The text is based on Psalm 104 and begins: Sing for joy! Praise the Lord! Celebrate the world God made! The arrangers are well-known for several handbell/keyboard arrangements and have successfully integrated handbells into this anthem.
