Somebody's Knocking at Your Door
This fun, energetic arrangement is for the developing 3-5 octave handbell choir. It offers many opportunities to learn precision in executing articulations that include tap pluck, mallet, pluck, thumb damp, shake and martellato. The texture is full and mostly chordal, but with that fun eighth-quarter-eighth rhythm that is characteristic of this tune. The last two measures are entirely marted, and if performed correctly, should make a good impression.
