Issac Albeniz's (1860-1909) lively work has been here arranged for 4 octaves of bells. The rhythmic figure, eighth-quarter-eighth, sets the accompaniment pace while the bells enter above in thirds. Mallets on tabled bells are used throughout for effect. Chromatic harmonies are common as are the uses of 16th note rhythms. The ending calls for random ringing combined with ringing in strict time. Arranged mostly in C Major, measures total 119.
