We Three Kings
Interesting arrangements for beginning ringers are found in this Ardis Freeman handbell library. "We Three Kings" provides a good challenge for playing in a minor key, counting in 6/4 time and executing crescendos and diminuendos. A finger cymbal on the third beat would make a nice addition to the mood. The back cover gives performance suggestions and an warm-up exercise that helps the ringers understand the music better. Permission is given to copy the exercise on a transparency if so desired.
