Scarborough Fair
In the 1960's the pop duo Simon and Garfunkel revived this old English folk song which begins, "Are you going to Scarborough Fair? Parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme." The arranger designed the work to be as versatile as possible. It can be played with a steady tempo and with expressiveness, which is ideal for teaching ringers to "follow the director."
