Gathering at the River
"Shall We Gather at the River" and the spiritual "Deep River" are combined in this medley for 3 or 5 octaves of handbells or handchimes. Fully scored to keep everyone involved, ringers are challenged to ring "expressively." Chromatic bell changes account for the Level 3 rating, otherwise rhythms fall into a Level 2 setting.
