Pizzicati
String players will recognize the title of this arrangement as meaning more than one "pizzicato" - which is to simply "pluck a string". That transposes into bell literature as lots of staccato techniques (pluck, thumb damp, mallet)and martellatos. After a 3-measure free tempo introduction, the score clips along in a whimsical nature, encountering a few chromatic harmonies along the way. This fun concert 43-measure piece that would make a great encore! It is set in C Major and F Major.
