Two Litanies for Advent and Lent
The two Advent and Lenten litanies in this folio may be sung as an introit, call to worship, processional, or a simple anthem. The simple choral parts are designed to produce a growing "halo" around the congregational response. 2 octaves of bells are needed to ring simple accompaniments. The invocations could be sung by one or more cantors in alternation.
