Christ the Lord Is Risen Today

Review:      This creative arrangement opens with a mysterious prelude that makes use of the singing bell (SB) technique. It is followed by a joyous dance that employs a canon between low and high bells using mallets and thumb damps. This versatile tune, (known as "Christ the Lord is Risen Today" and The Friendly Beasts"), may be used in both the Easter and Christmas seasons. It is a comfortable 96 measures in length and set in Eb Major.
