Review:
Cynthia Dobrinski combines the hymn tune "Alas and Did My Saviour Bleed" with the title hymn. Several textures and moods are achieved through use of special techniques such as LV, mallets on suspended bells, shakes, and mart-lifts. Simple rhythms should allow the ringers to focus on the special effects and expression of these two tunes.
