Review:
The St. Anthony Chorale, the second movement of Haydn's Divertimento No. 1 in Bb, was based upon Chorale St. Antoni, an Austrian pilgrims' song. Originally scored for oboes, bassoons, contrabasson and horns and here set for a quartet of handbell ringers. Options are given in the foreword for adapting this four octave version to three octaves.
