Lynne Hollander writes this about her original work "Hosanna! Hosanna! Hear the chimes ring! Hosanna! Hosanna! Hosanna to our King!" This is the text that kept running around in my head as I composed this song for chime choir. The tempo is the only thing that causes it to be rated two-plus. Otherwise it fits nicely in the one-plus category. Encourage your chimers or ringers to listen for the trumpet, tambourine and drum sounds hidden in the music, and help them to find the melody in the middle section.
