Review:      LV fanfare of shifting tonal centers leads into a light, bouncy section with a bass melody. The rhythms and techniques are not difficult, rather it is the tempo of quarter = 120 that rates the level III marking. Lots of eighth notes in flowing and bouncing harmony fill the accompaniment.
