Review:
"Sussex Carol," "Joy to the World" and "Good Christian Men, Rejoice" are combined in this Christmas carol medley. "Sussex Carol" is in 6/8 and begins the piece with a bass melody line. "Joy to the World" then enters and is rhythmically adjusted from its' tradition 4/4 meter to 6/8 rendering a fresh sound. After a key change the third carol enters in 6/8 as well. This arrangement is 62 measures and is scored in G Major and Bb Major.
Note: The original, 2 octave version (SF112474) was not scored with percussion parts; however, it is compatible with the 3-5 octave version (SF286559), which does include the percussion part. To use the percussion with the 2 octave version, purchase one copy of the 3-5 octave version.
